By creating an account on Ira SQL Pro or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms apply to all users, including free and paid accounts.
2Account Registration
You must create an account to use the platform. You may sign up using Google or email with OTP verification. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
One account per person. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.
3Credit System
Ira SQL Pro uses a credit-based system for AI-powered features. New accounts receive 10 free welcome credits upon email verification. Additional credits can be purchased through credit packs.
Credits are consumed when you use AI features such as Generate SQL, Explain Query, Fix Error, AI Hint, and Deep Review. Each action has a fixed, published credit cost. Credits are deducted server-side at the time of each AI request.
4Credit Purchases
Credit packs are available for purchase via UPI, debit card, and credit card through Razorpay. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR).
Purchases are final and non-refundable. Credits do not expire. You may purchase multiple credit packs in a single day, and credits accumulate in your wallet.
Credits are granted only after payment is verified on our backend. Client-side payment confirmation alone is not sufficient.
5AI Usage Rules
AI features are powered by third-party AI models and are provided as-is. AI-generated SQL or explanations may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any AI output before using it in production or critical environments.
If an AI request fails before producing a useful response (e.g., due to a provider error), the credits consumed for that request will be automatically refunded to your wallet.
We reserve the right to limit or suspend AI access for accounts exhibiting abusive usage patterns.
6Acceptable Use
You agree not to: • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose • Attempt to circumvent rate limits, credit checks, or authentication • Share or resell your account access • Use automated scripts or bots to interact with AI features • Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or compromise the platform • Submit harmful, offensive, or abusive content through any input field
7Account Suspension
We may suspend or terminate your account if you: • Violate these terms • Engage in abusive, fraudulent, or harmful behavior • Attempt to exploit the credit or payment system • Repeatedly violate rate limits or security measures
Suspended accounts retain their credit ledger history for audit purposes. Remaining credits in a suspended account are forfeited unless the suspension is reversed.
8Local Data
SQL queries, workspace data, and imported datasets are stored locally in your browser using PGlite. This data is device-specific and is not backed up to our servers. You are responsible for exporting any local data you wish to preserve. We are not responsible for loss of locally stored data.
9Limitation of Liability
Ira SQL Pro is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the platform or its AI features.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the platform.
10Intellectual Property
The Ira SQL Pro platform, including its design, code, branding, tutorial content, and AI integrations, is the property of IRA Skills. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the platform without prior written consent.
SQL queries and workspace data you create are yours. We claim no ownership over user-generated queries or local data.
11Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
12Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
