If your payment succeeds on Razorpay but the credits never appear in your wallet (for example due to a network drop at the last step), this is a
delivery failure, not a refund situation. Our automated reconciliation process runs hourly and will grant the credits owed to you within 72 hours.
If credits are still missing after 72 hours, email
support@iraskills.ai with your Razorpay Payment ID and we will manually grant the credits. We do not return money in this scenario — we complete the original order by delivering the credits you paid for.
